Creative In Design And Technique

From award-winning resident designer Danny Fang, the Gradient lounge chair is using creative weaving techniques on resin wicker. The series including dining and lounge chairs, barstools, as well as dining, coffee and bar tables has a galvanised outdoor epoxy finishing on metal and UV protection on the wicker.

Abstract And Formal

Adopting an abstract and formal approach to furniture, attention is paid to the Hollow’s shape and use of materials. One sheet of metal is laser cut and bent in two directions. Powder coated and weatherproof, it is suitable for outdoor use.

Nature Joie

Nature On Nature

Trusted weather-resistant timber from properly managed, controlled forests are used in Nature Joie’s outdoor range.

Devon

Green Stability

Outdoor Living is marketed under the Devon brand. The majority of the timber used in the production of Devon Outdoor Furniture is Kwila. Because of its stability and resistance to decay and insect attack, it is commonly used for wharf construction, house pilings, decking and of course, quality outdoor furniture.

Kwila has high resin content and the excess resin will “bleed” out of the timber during the first six months of its very long life.

All the ‘permanent’ joints are mortised and tenoned, then glued with a specially formulated epoxy resin - designed to flex with the timber movement. The table sub-frames are designed to ‘twist’ on uneven surfaces, such as stone patios, to eliminate table rock.

Truong Thanh Furniture

Quality On A Budget

The Vietnamese manufacturer uses acacia, eucalyptus or teak wood in its Country Coffee set. Finished in oil, it retains its natural wooden colour. The set is knocked down and designed with consumers on a budget in mind.

No Waste!

The Funnel Chair is rotationally moulded, creating two chairs in one volume. These are then cut apart in a simple operation ensuring that there is no wasted material. The unique braced design holds together the seating surface and lumber support allowing the chair to be made in considerably thinner material. This, in turn, allows a fantastic strength to weight ratio.

G-Led

Easy Does It

The Norka long chair for interior and exterior use, is produced from a single board of plywood, and can be assembled without screws or glue, making it very easy to produce, transport and assembly. Once disassembled, it occupies very little space and fits in almost any car. For exteriors, a water resistant version is also available.
There are different options for the resting surface, with wooden crosspieces, leather or canvas. The finish can be personalised as desired.
