bERT&dENNIS: Hi-tech Engineering

The Fold Chair is made using a FoamPressed technique that was founded by bERT&dENNIS Design Studio in 2008. This method allows designers to apply a 3-D structure to fabrics and leathers. In the Fold lounge chair, the style goes for Simplicity, fluidity, angularity, utility; organic forms with subtle references to Bauhaus, kitsch, traditional Japanese.

Offecct: Sit On A Ghost

Eero Koivisto designs the Ghost easy chair in cold foam with flameproof fibre. The wooden frame comes with Nozag spring system. Upholstered in fabric or leather.

Driade: Of Steel And Wood

Monseigneur by Philippe Starck is a series of sofa with structure that has front legs/armrest in stainless steel casting and back legs in wood. Seat and back come in polyurethane foams with fixed cover in quilted leather. It is available in two versions: in black leather with back legs in ebonised ashwood; or in white leather with back legs in natural mahogany.

Habitat: Modern Tailored Armchair

This modern tailored upholstery piece combines clean lines and a classic yet contemporary shape. The solid pine frame is covered in foam. Seat and back cushions are made of foam filled with 100 percent polyester fibre. Legs come in beech with a oak finish.

Atelier Takagi: Goth Vs Simplicity

The American Gothic Table by Atelier Takagi represents the functional and aesthetic ideals of artist and designer Jonah Takagi. It comes in maple, medex, and black lacquer.

Even Sofa: A Zen Classic

The Zens sofa in leather features a classic design. The three-seater measures 239 x 99 x 84cm. Loveseat and armchair versions are available. The manufacturer is based in Sungai Buloh.

Sand & Birch: Heart To Heart

“Mrs Emma Green” is part of the “Green” family collection. The structural wooden armchair has a surface finished in oak, walnut, or zebrano. The cushion in polyurethane can be covered with cotton, microfibre or velvet. Emma Green is the latest seat conceived by Andrea Fino and Samanta Snidaro from the Italian studio Sand & Birch Design.

BJ Cabinet Enterprise:
Contrasting Colours

The ‘Concept’ series features a modern and contemporary style. Made of particleboard and MDF boards in Selangor, they come in dark walnut with white colour. The set comes in high gloss PU Lamination with MB Coating.

Starting with MIFF in Kuala Lumpur and to finish with the CIFF-Office Show at the end of March, buyers and suppliers gather in Asia for the latest products and designs the region has to offer. This is in the form of more than a dozen exhibitions running back-to-back.
