American Outpost Grew 700 Percent And Opening New Factory

GEORGIA, USA: American Outpost, handcraft conference tables and office furnishings manufacturer will be expanding to a new factory in Macon, Georgia. According to the company, American Outpost grew more than 700 percent since 2015.

The company’s new facility is measured at 12,000 sq. ft. and will provide the necessary space to accommodate the rising production loads and expand the company’s product line.

The company features both modern industrial and urban chic design in their line of office furnishings for industrial lofts settings. The company hand makes all of their furniture pieces in Georgia, which are sized and finished according to custom specifications. Reclaimed wood is used in many of their furniture pieces.

According to Wood Working Network, American Outpost’s reclaimed wood some from the eastern U.S. which includes Maryland, Virginia, New York, and Georgia. They harvest their reclaimed oak and maple from 100-year-old homes in Maryland and Virginia. Their Georgia heart pine are harvested from barns that are 150 years old in Georgia and their barn wood from upstate New York.
